Background: Ampere’s Story

Ampere, established in 2022, is a fast-growing fintech offering an all-in-one business banking platform designed to streamline financial operations for SMEs. The platform provides a suite of services, including instant local transfers, international transfers, foreign exchange, acquiring including mobile terminal technology, business loans, invoicing system, and business cards, enabling business owners to manage all essential financial tasks in one place.

As Ampere’s customer base surged—both locally and across Europe—so did the volume of required compliance checks. Maintaining a frictionless onboarding experience became critical to activating customers and controlling costs.

The Challenge: When Growth Meets Operational Bottlenecks

Ampere had successfully tuned their growth engine to deliver 1000+ of new business account applications monthly. However, despite maintaining high operational standards, their onboarding process was becoming a bottleneck.
